Back Forty Folk Festival is a not for profit community event promoting keeping homemade music alive...
We decided to give the impact sign rental a trial basis one year and see what kinda of feedback we'd have.
We received a lot of calls saying they saw the sign and wanted more information.
Back Forty has appreciated the support as a community event to have been given access to their "free"
community event posting." Advertising is quite expensive and costly to use a lot of paper so this signage
option is both a "deal" for cost and environmental concerns....We have used Impact signs for over 3 years
and have been very pleased with the quality of service and helps us keep our community aware of our event.
We have printed posters, paid for ads in paper and radio...still find that the mobile signs adds a good
visible reminder to people. |

We have been using the Impact Mobile Signs for years – back to the days of Economy Foods. They were effective then and are just as effective now. The results we received with the advertising we did on the Southview Townhomes project were immediate. Clients called to view the Townhomes and responded very well to the Open House we advertised. We have tried many different types of advertising in the past but an Impact Sign continues to be one of the best advertising options for value. We are in the Dog grooming/Sitting business and recently moved to a new location and thought we would
try the sign rental for advertising. Had hopes that the sign would increase customer awareness
in the City of Winkler, and the surrounding area. We immediately noticed an increase in phone
calls with customers stating they did not know we were around until they drove by and saw the sign.
I feel that the location and exposure is a big part of how well the signed worked for our business.
I like that fact the when I feel like the sign should be changed, I can contact Impact Signs and the
sign is changed within hours, at the latest, a day. We have used advertisements in the newspaper,
but found better results from the Impact Sign advertisement. Customer awareness is still increasing
with the use of this sign. |

Heartland Credit Union (Plum Coulee Branch) has used outdoor signs as part of its advertising
campaign for many years. The signs are mainly used to build members awareness of
the products and services the credit union provides and any special promotions that we are running.
Impact Signs has always treated the Credit Union fairly and provided prompt service in regards
to changing the wording on the sign. It has been excellent way for the credit union to supplement
its newspaper and radio advertising. Impact signs have been easy to work with and we really
appreciate there customer first attitude to doing business.

We are in the agriculture retail sales business, and we initially installed an Impact
sign board to make customers aware of our new store and location. It was also set up
in order to help direct traffic off of Main street to our store. We initially noticed that
3-4 customers/week would comment on having been directed to us by the sign. Even now, two
years later, we get the occasional customer who mentions our sign. The best part of having
an Impact sign is the ease of use. I simply fax in my sign changes and within the day all
changes have been made seemingly irregardless of weather condition (not something I would
do on my own) As for dollar value, I would be hard pressed to find a long term form of
advertising that is easier to use and provides the same exposure. We also currently use
radio and newspaper advertising, with radio being quite effective, but more costly.

We initially decided to try an Impact Sign because other types of advertising were not working for us. We were looking for truck drivers for our company. Once we started using an Impact Sign we received more phone calls than we had been with newspaper/bulletin board advertising. We would definitely consider using an Impact Sign again in the future.

We are extremely pleased with the service that Impact Signs provides to us. We are a retail sporting
goods store and we have been using their outdoor signs on a long-term basis. Their customer service
is very prompt and professional. The best part of this advertising is that we can promote our new
product lines as soon as they arrive. This allows for a very quick turn-around time in informing our
customer of any new products or services. It has been one of our most effective forms of advertising
and we feel we are getting great value for our advertising dollar. We love the convenience of
notifying them of our signs changes by email as I can do this any time of day or night. They
confirm when the change has been completed, and it leaves very little margin for error.

I used an Impact Sign to introduce one of my products to the surrounding area ( remote starters ).
Sales and calls started to come in almost immediately after the sign was placed up. This meant
that people were reading the signs. When comparing this type of advertising to local paper or
radio stations, the feedback I get assures me that I'm getting my advertising dollars out of
the sign rental. With the long term sign rental, customer's associate my business with the product
that I'm selling and this gives me an advantage over my competitor in regards to be the preferred
supplier for the customer's needs.

We initially went with a mobile sign to promote a new business. It continued as a monthly promotional sign.
It also directs customers to our location. We opened a new business in our current location and used the
sign to show customers where we are. It is very effective in guiding customers, as our location for GSA
Audio & Performance was obscure because it is located in our current Winkler Plumbing & Heating location.
We underwent a large expansion this last year and decided to use our overhead to its fullest.
As with all economies one has to diversify in order to remain viable. So now our current location houses 2
businesses with 2 separate showrooms and entrances. The businesses are very different from each other but
they weren't meant to be the same. As compared to other advertising means it is very flexible. It is
difficult and expensive to run different ads every month let alone every other week in the paper or on the
radio so the mobile sign makes for a very flexible value added option. The sign has been very helpful
in many ways and for the cost it has become a permanent fixture for our advertising needs.
